I'm not sure if this question should be posted here or in interpersonal skill.
Alice and Carol work closely in the same team. Alice joined one year ago, and Carol has just started for more than a month. Alice has shared all she knew with Carol, but two days ago Carol didn't want to share a module with Alice, and now asking Alice to share her module.
Alice is understandably so annoyed with Carol's behaviour, and is considering not sharing what she knew. However, she aims to be a team leader, and wants to build a strong team.
