I felt it went pretty well and I was hoping to receive an offer for the position, until I got a phone call saying I was unsuccessful and they went with another candidate who matched the skill-set required and was available immediately (my current notice period is 4-6 weeks). The internal recruiter then went on to say that their IT Director and the rest of the team really liked me and wanted to get me into the team. They also said that all of my feedback was great/good, and that there wasn't any negative feedback from the interviews. He said they would be in touch sometime in the near future, hopefully with an official off
