How do I respond to a seemingly careless recruiter?

I applied to a relatively large company (Bioinformatics). After receiving an initial video interview, the recruiter asks me to complete it in time. I completed it (a video recording session with on-the-spot questions).
The next day, the recruiter text messages me and asks me to call her, telling me that she "has feedback for my call with [Jack]." (I'm using Jack as a random anonymous name). However, I never had a call with [Jack], just the video interview recording.
Next day (today), I ask what time is good for me to call her. She says she's on a plane ride somewhere and she'll ping me when she lands.
She didn't end up pinging me. At this point, I'm guessing they will not be proceeding, and that the feedback is for how I can improve. I can only assume. Also, I will be telling her I never talked to someone named [Jack]. My question is -- is her behavior acceptable and should I say anything about it?
