I was hired a couple of months ago, and the interviewer who was going to become my boss told me I should be available ASAP.
It's been two months now, and I have not be staffed yet (that is, our clients haven't accepted me yet on their projects).
Today, he suggested to me a 3/4 days task that I have no skills in.
Is he telling me to look for another job in such a subtle way or is he trying to take advantage of my availability?
I am frankly uncomfortable with this situation.

To look for another what? (I think you skipped a word) Have you signed contract already or formalized your employment in some way? Related, how come you are hired but not staffed? What things are missing to complete the on-boarding process.

Well, clients need to approve my resume so that I could be staffed among their projects. One client didn't accept me, the other gave an irrational reason. I signed my contract and I am officially an employee there.

I see. Also, what do you mean by "suggested to me"... was this a suggestion or as it a direct request to do the task?

It was a direct request disguised in a suggestion.
