in the building I work at in the United States there is another employee who throughout the day will run at full speed past my cubicle. I have never seen this person walk in the building only run. I was curious if anyone knows of any culture (ethnic) where this would be normal? The Runner appears to be from a south east Asian culture. and I am curious if this is normal behavior in other parts of the world.
