To anyone out there who has experienced back or neck pain while in the office...
I've tried numerous chairs, the HM Aeron, and currently the Ergochair V2, all of them either the headrest protrudes too far forward or the sides of the chair curve inwards. It's causing my shoulders to be very uncomfortable, and my neck feels its protruding forwards causing hunchback, and the only way to alleviate that pain is my sudden movement of my shoulders backwards where I hear a crack in my spine area.
I know that's not good so I'm trying to find a back support that's firm that I can put with the Ergochair V2. The headrest on that thing is too far forward so hopefully with this back support I will have a more firm support on my spinethat will prevent my shoulders from curving inwards.
