I've seen many articles quoting 23 minutes and 15 seconds to get back into the flow after an interruption (such as this article: Lifehacker - How Long It Takes To Get Back On Track After A Distraction).
What I haven't seen is how efficient the work is during those 23 minutes and 15 seconds. Obviously the time isn't completely wasted, so it's greater than 0% and less than 100%.
How efficient are workers while they're getting back into the flow?

How efficient are workers while they're getting back into the flow?
Everyone is different.
Some deal with interruptions well and get back into the flow very quickly. Others don't.
