I am thinking about moving to another team, as I am currently not happy with my current one as there are various process issues and technologies that I don't like and this other team is a big improvement over the current one (and members of the team suggested that I join them). However I am also thinking about leaving the organization entirely and I am looking for a new role which pays better and is a more suited to what I want.

Should I change team to make myself happier in the short run but possibly leave the company soon after I've joined and disrupting the new team or stay in the current team and make do till I take the plunge?
