I started a job 8/30 and Had a 60 days evaluation on 10/22 which stated that I had made some errors and need improvement. On the errors that I made they discussed with me and I fixed them with the help of one my coworkers. Then on 11/2 I was let go and in their statement it stated some things that had not been discussed with me and I had no knowledge that I did. Since I had made the errors recently anything that came up as a mistake was pointed at me when It was other people that made the errors. If I needed help I had to asked my coworker and I didn’t have any training after my 60 days evaluation. I am wondering if this is legal and can I fight this?
