I know Apple employees are passionate Apple fans. I do have an old iPhone that I can use. Should I just bring my old iPhone with me to the interview?

It's like bringing an iPhone for an interview with Samsung. Using an Android will make your much less likely getting the job. Apple employees are generally not allowed anything but iOS.
