Has my employer breached my confidentiality? Can I sue?

I got hurt at work and have been on WSIB(Workpace Safety & Insurance Board) as a work injury when I spoke with WSIB the rep said that my employer mentioned to them a week medical leave of absence that I took months ago in regards to mental health.....that has NOTHING to do with my injury,why I am off of work, and why you are speaking to WSIB about the injury situation...the rep on the phone also stated it shouldn’t have been mentioned...?
Has this breached my confidentiality? Can I sue for this matter?
