There are a group of people in the office, who I regularly have to walk past,..., and every time I walk past them,..., they look at each other,..., and laugh,..., and make comments.
They have also labelled me as high maintenance to each other. I am just trying to get my job done,.., and am not high maintenance at all.
As they are all friends,..., they will all bind together - if I braught the issue up with management.
They will completely deny everything and I will look crazy.
I can’t prove this at all.
I have tried to alter the way I walk past them,.., looking directly forward, shoulders and head straight and try. It to make any eye contact,..., and they still give each other looks as I walk past and make comments and laugh.
I have tried to look directly downwards at a piece of palate in my hands,..., and almost tip toe past them,,., to appear submissive, but this just feels abusive.
Not too sure what to do in this situation as i’m really upset at the constant laughing, comments and looks.
