Here is the situation,

Currently, I work as an Android Developer Intern at a startup, I enjoy doing it and would like to be an Android Developer in the future, I am familiar with Java and really liked the language. However, recently I am about to graduate (Computer Engineering Undergrad) and applied for several other larger companies, one of the companies that are interested in me is a company that focused on the back-end platform, and they use only C#.

I am worried that if I take this internship at the larger company. I will not be able to continue my career goal. However, I also don't want to let this chance slip since it is a great opportunity for learning and a change of environment.

I believe that languages are just tools, but how will this impact my future career? For example, will other companies in the future look my work experience and says that I am unfit for the position due to the language I use?
