How to encourage coworkers to use the most efficient route to the place of their destination in the workspace? I noticed many uses the middle corridor for a not very obvious reason. I don't know if they want to check out other employees or just to feel better seeing people around but it causes a lot of distraction for people.
Here is an example:
In RED is what people tend to use but the GREEN should be desired to avoid distraction to other co-workers. This was already explained by HR but people simply don't get it.
