Year 2017 I apply for iOS programmer position in Fukuoka Line Corporation, they send by E mail one code test and one survey about different IT technology (most not relate direct with iOS). Code test have three questions like below and test tell I can use any programming language. HR employee tell me send source code file (.c files) with test answers. Test questions (I forget exact numbers in questions):

  1. Calculate element 35 of Fibonacci series start with 0; 1;…

  2. Create program for print all node of binary tree at depth n

  3. Calculate number of all possible dice roll pattern for game have 705 exact steps, game use 1 dice have 6 sides

Two days after I finish and send their test, they me they not know how open code files (I send .c files) and want PDF file instead. I think in my head (but not tell them) you guy joke me, correct? Software company have employees hire programmers but not know how use text editor or word processor for open source code files? I polite send PDF file they want.

I think this company have bad managing and can't select correct people for jobs. Should I not work there?
