I will be arriving at the Paris Gare de Lyon Train station around 9.30 AM tomorrow (Saturday) and want to explore some major attractions in Paris and then will have to catch an international flight at 9PM from CDG. For that I am planning to put the luggage in a locker at the Gare de Lyon station and then go to eiffel tower and then go to see some more places and then come back to Gare de Lyon to pick up the luggage and then go to CDG to catch the flight. My main concern is how to go back to CDG from Gare de Lyon station. The below links say that there is no RER B on Saturday and the bus line also severely disrupted.

https://www.lebusdirect.com/
What are the alternative ways to go back to CDG apart from taking a taxi ?
Is there a day pass which will work for all the lines ?

Looking at the link you have posted it seems replacement buses will be provided by RER-B. The blue color buses will go till CDG-2 and green colored ones till CDG-1

catching the replacement bus is not a very good idea in my opinion, he should take the RERB up to Stade de France, then leave the RER and take the bus, in the evening, in a city which he doesn't know well, and in an area like Stade de France which is not the best in town. So I would totally avoid RERB for airport connections that weekend

A suggestion to minimize transfers between networks :
RER A from Gare de Lyon to Opéra (Auber actually).
RoissyBus from Opéra to CDG1 or CDG2
For day passes, have a look at Tarifs Mobilis.
Notice that the RoissyBus fare is not included in the Mobilis offer. I would therefore suggest a zone 1-2 Mobilis day pass for your transport inside Paris, and purchase a one way RoissyBus ticket for the transport to CDG.

My variation on this. Upon arrival at GDLyon, instantly without hesitation take a taxi with your luggage to Opéra. Do not even stop for a cafe etc. Store luggage at Opéra. Walk over to the Apple shop etc and have fun all day. At the end of this day, use the RoissyBus of @audionuma. Very nice! (Caveat, I generally dislike busses and have not tried that particular one.)

Regarding how to get to Opéra, with luggage, from Gare de Lyon first thing in the morning. I strongly urge a taxi, the public transport is rubbish and a huge time waste in this particular situation. Be aware too that the taxi ride in question is one of the more scenic on Earth, it will be a sensible and enjoyable experience worth the few extra Euros and indeed a key set-up for your tourism day! If you insist to use the "tube" between Gare de Lyon and Opéra, do it, but proceed immediately. You will then be in "nice Paris" at Opéra, enjoy.
OK,
Purely FWIW: generally the simplest and easiest way to get to CDG is simply to take the train from Gare du Nord. However it appears to be broken so forget this.
If (for whatever reason in life) you must get to Gare du Nord from somewhere in Paris (from Gare de Lyon or elsewhere), I really recommend a taxi. However, this is irrelevant because you'll be taking the airport bus from Opéra.
The overwhelming issue is that you must remove your luggage first thing in the morning from Gare de Lyon and take it too Opéra.
Understand that Opéra is in the middle of tourist stuff. Both Gare de Lyon and Gare du Nord are dumps. It has actually worked out FANTASTIC that you will be based in Opéra. Hooray!
As a footnote, I am so cheap that a few times, when arriving early in the morning like you, I simply walked from Gare de Lyon to Gare du Nord. This is beautiful and far better than visiting the crap tourist attractions Paris offers. One time, myself and a child did this, both with small roll-alongs even! Fantastic. You go along the Seine, etc. [*]
[*] BTW the correct walking route is that you (oof course) walk over to St Germain de Pres and then continue up to the Arc de Triomphe, Louvre, etc as you fancy and on to say Opera, and then the last brief walk through ugliness to the train station. This is essentially "the world's best walk" and covers, say, six or so of the ten things worth seeing on the planet.

Not a bad idea in general but with the disruptions on RER B, going to gare du Nord just to take a replacement bus might not be the best option for that one week-end. Also, RER D seems like a decent option to go from gare de Lyon to gare du Nord.

Instantly upon arrival at Gare de Lyon - do not even get a cafe - take a taxi to Opéra with your luggage. Store it there.
Now: enjoy your day in Paris. Start with breakfast. Then lunch, then dinner!
When you are ready to depart to CDG. Get the luggage and take the Bus d' @audionuma from Opéra to CDG.
Rationale:
Gare de Lyon area is a total dump. It would be totally disastrous to back track to there at the end of the day. Firstly you never want to be in that area at all, and second it is a huge backtrack, a complete time waste (perhaps 2 hours?!)

Ahh, so there are disruptions from Gare du Nord train to CDG? OK then of course, the Bus @audionuma from Opéra is the only solution. OP should immediately take taxi with luggage to Opéra instant upon arriving at gare de lyon. That's it.

The replacement bus is an absolute non-starter. For sure.
