In my email signature for the multinational company I work, I have been directed to include a clause that mentions that any information contained may in no way be used in a way which could harm the interests of the same company (including employees and stockholders).
Is that valid as if an email contains for example harassment from the company itself, and the employee would like to sue the company based upon that email?
