Should I quit a fast food job with no prior notice? (For health reasons)

I've been working at a fast food joint part-time for about 2 weeks and I'm doing the job of cashier and janitor. For the janitor part, I have to deal with cleaning sprays that give me day-long migranes to the point I can barely sleep and broke down in tears during a couple shifts and medicine isn't helping. Should I quit this job without the regular 2 weeks notice(of course giving letting my boss know why)?
