If Japan company require use Skype for interview, no let use other method, I should not work in that company?

Two times I try interview with different Japan company, but Japan company always want use Skype software and refuse use other software/method (like telephone interview). I not want use Skype software because no internet cafe here have it (cafe owners not like me install strange software), this software is spyware (have back door for governments), I not want create account. I tell them about different software like Jitsi Meet:
I use Jitsi (https://meet.jit.si/) for internet chat. It is secure, open source chat through internet web, no need install software (it use web browser), no need ID.
But Japan company stubborn, not flexible and reply like this:
Dear Applicant, Thank you so much for your mail & advice about using
Jitsi meet. But according to our interview procedure we are preferring
Skype. Kindly use your Skype to attend the interview with us & Let us
know your Skype ID. Your given time 30th October at 17:00 we
confirmed your interview according to your suitability. Please make
sure us your Skype ID before your interview time. Thank you Best
Regards

(I tell them cancel meeting because can't find internet cafe have Skype software). I think/feel this is strong signal they not good company, not flexible, bad managing, and I should not work there. Is my guess correct?
