I am an employee of a company working at their client location. I got a new job offer from one of the subsidiary company of the client. The subsidiary company knows that I am working at their parent company. Can the parent company prevent my joining in the subsidiary? There is nothing I see in my previous employment contract containing any such clauses. But still I want to confirm.
