The differences between 好çÂÂ, ç¾Â丽 and æ¼Â亮 just like that differences between good-looking, beautiful, pretty, it's so hard to distinguish... well, just a joke. The three words can be used for a good-looking person. 好ç may be used for not only a person, but also a book: 书å¾Â好çÂÂ, a movie: çµ影å¾Â好çÂÂ, or other artistic works. If it's used for praising someone's looking, the degree is lower than ç¾Â丽 and æ¼Â亮. Both ç¾Â丽 and æ¼Â亮 are synonymical in almost all cases: ç¾Â丽çÂÂæ°娠and æ¼Â亮çÂÂæ°娠are almost the same. ç¾Â丽 can also be used for landscape: ç¾Â丽çÂÂé£Âæ¯, some place: ç¾Â丽çÂÂä¸Âæµ·, ç¾Â丽çÂÂ家乡, etc. æ¼Â亮 is generally used for persons only, also used as an adverb rarely, for example: well done means å¹²å¾Â好, you may say å¹²å¾Âæ¼Â亮 as well.
