I have just joined this place after working in a very big company with 2500 employees and a decent culture. My current tenure is a small startup (only 1 year old) and with 10 employees. Headed by a man (as CEO) his friend is the head for sales here, the head of sales is a young girl and always seeking attention. Both Boss and the head of sales have fight verbally often. We are sitting in a co-working place and they fight and shout. I can not focus on work. I have two questions here

  1. Should I just resign from this job? (since I am not used to this -
or is this how small startups work?)

  2. Since I am distracted, there is
a delay in the project I am working on, how should I politely inform
    this to my boss?
