So I have a friend of mine (male). His name is X. Once in the office, he was walking down the back door stairs with his new coworker (female). Her name is Y. These backdoor stairs usually take to the backside of the building. X and Y were walking to the another building. Now, although Xand Y newly met each other, but they seemed to be in good, healthy, and professional work relationship, according to my friend. After a week of this incident, my friend X was called to HR, in which he was being accused of sexually harassing his female co-worker Y down the stairs. Now unfortunately, there is no cameras in the stairs, nor there was anybody at that time!
I know that my friend would NEVER do that and that he is a very professional and honest person. But the problem is how could he prove himself innocent? Please help, thank you in advance.
