At my student job I work from 9-5 2 days a week and 3-4 days during semester break.
I was presented the following options, in both options i can swap around the weekdays i go to work on.
- I get 8 Vacation Days that i have to schedule around other people and have to announce several days beforehand.
- I get 0 Vacation Days, i can choose to skip days when i feel like it or exams or whatever i just have to call before 9.
Every January i get an extra payment based on the average number of days i worked during the year.
Which option should i choose ?
Iam partial to #2 but it honestly sounds to good to be true so i might have missed something objective.
