Currently, I am working with a startup IT company in India. where almost 20 peoples are working right now. I am a Laravel and Symfony developer. I started here as an intern for 3 months after that continue working as Developer. Here I am working for almost 10 months. Now I got selected in MNC but they are offering me 5k more INR from my current salary. with bond for 2 years and increment cycle of that MNC is 1st increment will be after 1 year and after that 9 months, and in my company increment will be done on every 6 months. So my question is should I join the MNC. for joining the MNC is only plus point is that the company is MNC.
I need the valuable advice of you guys.
