I have a bit of situation, on Friday i had discussion about salary negotiation, its been 3 working days now with no reply.
My Discussion went well as i just asked 3000 more than what i was offered, also the response from manager was positive who told me that he will inform me later about it.
Before i read the contract and discuss about it to the Manager, the company had posted me the contract via post for signing and has a due date to send the contract which is 8 days from now.
If i get negotiated salary ofcourse new contract will be sent with new due date is what the manager told me in the conversation we had, but even if the negotiated salary is not offered i m OK to accept to offer as it is.
I have heard to wait about 5 to 7 days for the management to come back with a reply. Do i wait or follow up. I do-not want to miss the old offer by crossing the due date
