Who are the most unprofessional/worst IT online training providers?

I wasn't expecting this to be my first post on here and will spend a lot more time in the future sharing more positive knowledge but I am a huge cloud aficionado and learning all I can about the subject and find online trainers to either be really good or really bad in this space. I am dealing with someone really bad at the moment and thought I would share this and get some feedback from others out there so we can watch our backs from some of these 'trainers' out there.



I just wanted to warn you about www.multisoftvirtualacademy.com. These guys said they could provide some personalized cloud training. I paid for them but they could never get the training together, coordinated and delivered to me so I asked for a refund which took me down a path (I am still on to be refunded). The latest excuse after several months of back and forth is "Since, it’s a festive week for 2 weeks (owing to Deepawali in India); I am not able to get proper feedback as of now."



Be careful of these guys. If you have any similar experiences, please post. I will also do a post of really good providers since there are a lot of good ones out there and happy to throw props at them where credit is due.
