I'm managing a team where some people have diet restriction, religious one and cultural one. The people I've mentionned, are new in my team.



Senior management is planning a party for the newcomers, people who work with me included. I'm sure that senior management have not thought about the diet restriction of the people I've mentionned.



What advices/solutions should I give to senior management about this, knowing that if I don't mention it, the persons who work with me, will most likely have nothing to eat during that party?
