I don't like the store I am in and it has started to affect my work. I have requested to moved to another store by speaking to the manager and Area Manager but he won't move me. I have advised that this is affecting my work and I am really unhappy. What can I do

I am, I have applied for a few. However being part of management means eyes are on u, I can't afford to be sacked until I find a job.

@ToniQuinn - you are part of management? Then you must already know what your options are when your manager and area manager don't approve a transfer. You can either learn to live with this store or find a new job elsewhere. I suggest working on the latter as swiftly as you can.
