A co-worker and I work on a project. We generally split the task half and half. The problem is he is very slow in progress. What would be a good strategy to talk to my boss for this problem?
My manager is newly promote and he looks entrust this guy a lot. How can I talk to my manager's manager, who is my actual boss?
P.S. the co-worker is more senior than me in level.
