What online system do you recommend for workplace badges?

We want to implement Badges system in our developers workplace.
We need to be able to assign badges after each sprint for example, something like "Getting Things Done Badge", "C# Guru Badge", "Teacher Badge", "Learner Badge" and by the end of each quarter we can go back and review these assigned badges and bind it to an incentive scheme.
We still thinking how best to implement this in our team.



Do you try a system like this before, is there a good online system we can rely on?
