I've been working as 'Web Developer' at XXX for about 4 months.
Basically, the company has only 3 staff, as we
are considered as a child company to another company.
The 3 staff includes, the boss, the 'Senior' Developer and myself,
and our office is basically very small, our desk is basically facing
each other and if there's any 'meeting' or 'discussion', we basically
interact with each other from our desk....

So throughout the 4 months, i have been task to 'assist' to translate
design to HTML coding..etc..etc....

First pain, most of the email regarding any projects i was not included
in it, maybe some i was CC in it. The way, how i found it out is, when the boss and my 'Senior' was discussing about it, and i stood there just listening and feeling lost. If i were CC in some task from a client, i will always approach my 'Senior', and ask 'do you need any help', and MOST of her reply, is i'll do it myself.

Secondly, if i am facing any problem, my first solution is try to goggle/stack-overflow/youtube tutorials the issue and give myself a time limit and if i can't get it done, i will then approach 'my senior', and most of the answer given by 'the senior' is "go goggle it", and so....i had to goggle it again and try to 'solve it'...and so i began my 'journey' again...and my last resort, is to approach 'the boss' for solution and guess what...first answer came out, 'have you goggle it?'...and so....

Third, i am asking too much? I've worked in different line, what i always look up to is the senior or mentor, where i can gain more knowledge, some questions to any doubts..but 'the senior' i currently working with, has been working for 3 years. I would say most of my questions about any programming staff, the answer would be, i'm not sure or go goggle it
yourself, but in the same time, i felt that she's really not really sure
about it..or maybe she's a 'copy and paste' developer...(get it work and
move on)..without understanding...

So this is post if basically, to vent out my feeling..

What should i do? =(
