Asked for my boss a raise, but never received a feedback

I'm currently working as a trainee on a Software Development company. In this company there are two programs for trainee one that pays for 20 hours/week and other that pays for 30 hours/week (obviously, that as more you work, more you receive). Currently I working 20 hours/week and asked for my boss to migrate my contract for 30 hours/week, them, he said that he would talk with his associate. This happened in last month and he still not give any return. I want to ask to him if he talked with his partner, but trying not too been annoying or awkward.
