I started a new job at a fast food place and my employer on the first day, gave me a used, dirty, unwashed uniform that they made me wear that day. On my next day of work they told me to take off the shirt and hat, and gave me another shirt, that they made another employee take off right there and gave me his dirty, unwashed shirt to wear.
They had me go put that one on, and throw away the one they gave me, the one shirt and hat that I was wearing. After doing so, I was informed that the uniform they gave me and made my wear the first day for 8 hours might have had bed bugs or other things from the previous employee that had those uniforms. The restaurant found this out the day before informing me, besides this being just nasty is there any laws in Ohio about this type of stuff?
Thank you

We can't give you legal advice on this, you'll need to talk to a lawyer. Does the company have an HR department? Is it a chain? If so, talk to them about the working conditions.

@scaaahu -- no, there's a big difference between "used" and "dirty, unwashed, and infested with bedbugs"
