I got incremented yesterday. Now I want to change the job but many companies want last 3months salary slip. Those salary slips would not show my recent increase. If I show them increment letter then would they believe me? Or have I to wait 2-3 months then search for new.

Why are you in such a rush to change jobs? I mean, you just got an increase and you want to leave "now"?
