This image apparently shows Barron Trump standing next to his father, while wearing an "I'm With Stupid #swedenincident" shirt.

I can't find any info. Did this happen?

No, it is (unsurprisingly) a fake.

A Reverse Image search via Google finds the original 2016 version of it, attributed to Gustavo Caballero/Getty Images, before the slogan was edited in.

2016 version of same photograph, sans the "I'm with stupid" logo on the polo shirt

Among many other reasons to expect it to be a shop, Ralph Lauren (whose logo is visible on the shirt in both the original and shop) would be highly unlikely to make such an overtly partisan-political graphic shirt.

Additionally, the image is visibly fake - the lettering is centered on the white shirt, to the point that it overlaps the seems of the button collar. The lettering does not show any distortion for being "printed" on that seem.
