I resigned on 9/30 with my last day on Friday, October, 9. I took 2 1/2 days (4 hours each) of earned PTO as personal days. Will I get paid for these?

As I don't know many companies that offer PTO (rather just vacation) I assume you will. Presuming of course it was approved by your management in advance. Mind you they are not going to be happy about it (as your title mentions).
