The committee and I are currently working a promoting an upcoming company Paint-ball event. The event will be held on early April, and will be a cross department event (approx 100-200 pax).
Our task is to kinda 'hype' up the event, getting people all excited and stuff. Appreciate everyone's input on how to make it happen.
Ideas we have right now are
1) Photo Booth session at the hall area where everyone can snap group/team photo with the equipments. Probably getting attractive part-time models ?
2) Provide them with their very own team shirt/team banner.
3) Price Money / MVP Award.
4) FB event page & Twitter account to update participants.
5) Negotiate cheaper price for staff members who wants to practice at the range before the tournament.
6) Weekly challenges that rewards special 'cards' that can be used during the tournament. Cards like extra ammo, freezing opposing team for a duration, etc.

I'm afraid it's still pretty much unclear. Stack Exchange is not a forum, we expect a question to be clear cut. "Appreciate Input" is not a question where a "correct" answer exists. I suggest you look for a discussion forum where your question may be better suited.

Fliers would seem like an obvious thing to have for such an event but isn't listed in the post that would be rather useful for some.
