Are there any community-driven non-compete templates that are OSS? Something similar to Github's IP Agreement for non-competes would be ideal.
There's a non-compete that I was asked to sign, and I am not excited by some of the terms. I would like to counter with a recognized template that provides some of the coverage that is sought by the business while still reasonable for future employment endeavors. Any suggestions?

You'd do well to list what the specific clauses are that you're unhappy with, we can then provide some guidance as to whether they're normal or not.
