I am going off of the image in the link in comments which scales remarkably well. If someone could edit that and include #'s for each of the identifiable elements, that will help the wiki be better organized. I don't have the capability to do that currently.

I'm going to add those I know with a different (let's say alphabetical) index. This way it doesn't disrupt the current numerotation, and we'll sort this out when somebody makes a grid :)
