I have been working at a grocery store for 5 months now. Every Wednesday, when I bend down to restock a shelf, my boss comes up to me and gropes me. At first I did not notice the pattern, but after recording the incidence, I have concluded that he only does it on a Wednesday. Recently, I have skipped work on a Wednesday just to prevent this, however, this is really taking a toll on my wallet.
Last Wednesday when I came back, he inserted a vegetable into my skirt. Which made my bottom very uncomfortable.
What would be a professional way of confronting my boss about this, without the possibility of losing my job, as I do not have a work visa and I owe a lot of money to loan sharks.
