I work for a management startup with only 11 employees. We are very small that I personally have to play 4-5 different roles at the same time. Will that hurt my career, I mean that fact that I am not focused on thing? Here is what I do:



  • Social media marketing

  • Research and articles

  • Coordinating the Education Services (I am the manager)

  • Leading the innovation practice in my firm (literally leading it)

  • I serve as a management analyst for big training and consulting projects

Even presenting myself in LinkedIn has become tricky.
